Study program description

The program is designed to produce Engineers who are well-grounded in the Food Processing Discipline focusing on the Processing, Packaging, and Quality Control and Safety along with necessary managerial and other relevant skills for the successful management and development of the Food Industry.

The students who successfully complete the program will be eligible to be involved in Food Processing, Food Hygiene and Safety Management, Quality Control/Assurance, Water and Food Analysis, Design and Development of new Food Products, Food Packaging, Inspection services, Technical Training, Teaching and Research, and as promoters of the Food Industry as a whole.
