  •  In 2003 obtained a Microsoft Network System Engineer, Database Administrator and certified professional.
  •  Juluy22, 2006 to August 10, 2006 obtain training on Computer Administrators for Africa which is sponsored by Southeast University, Nanjing, China.
  •  From June 15- 26, 2009 took a project management training at MDF Training and Consultancy, Ede, the Netherlands.
  • December 2014 obtained an entrepreneurship Training for Senior Management, Addis Abeba, Ethiopia
  • 28 October - 02 November 2019, obtained a training in building and administrating Community Network in Dodoma, Tanzania.

3.      Work Experiences:

  • September 1995 - August 1998, taught English at Assosa Senior Secondary School, Assosa, Ethiopia.
  •  September 1999-September 2000 worked as a senior Training Expert in Benishangul-Gumuz National Regional State Council, Ethiopia.
  • August 2004 to September 2005 worked in Benishangul Gumuz National Regional State Women Development Initiative Fund as an MIS officer. The main duty of the project is to monitor ad evaluate the projects developed by women groups. I provided several trainings for women and local project managers on basic ICT and business plan preparation Education.
  •  From September 2005 till now, working in Bahir Dar University as assistant professor. The main responsibility are teaching, research and community services.
  •  I organized several basic computer trainings for government institutions: schools, university communities, and for nongovernmental organizations.
  • From July 1 – September 22, 2018 offered a training for Federal Urban Land and Land Related Property Registry and Information Agency experts a professional training on
  • Postgres Database management and Administration, CCNA, CCNP, Windows Server Administration.
  • Provide a consultant service on ERP software implementation for Amhara Water Works Construction Enterprise since June 2018
  • Provide a short term and long term training for graduate university students in database design, administration and data management as well as in programming language (Java, Python, C# and C++).
  • Advisee more than 20 MSc and 2 PhD students.
  • I am the general chair of 1st and 2nd ICT4DA international Conference.
  • I was the editor of 3rd ICAST conference; and I am technical program committee of many international and national conferences.
