Training on education development army was conducted from Wednesday 16th to Thursday 17 August 2017. The training was designed for 1 to 5 team leaders selected from different administrative departments in BiT. A total 113 persons/male= 57, female = 56 / participate in the training.
The main objective of the training was to provide insight in to all aspects of education development army with specific emphasis on 1 to 5 team formations and implementation in the higher education institutions context.
Emphasis has been placed on highlighting different issues and challenges team leaders’ face in practical application. Best practices were presented as a means to overcome the barriers.
