On behalf of the faculty of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (FMIE), it is my great pleasure to send you a very sincere message of welcome to our faculty, which is a well committed community-oriented faculty in Bahir Dar Institute of Technology, Bahir Dar University. The faculty offers degree programs in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering and Electro-Mechanical Engineering. The faculty also gives Second degree (MSc) in Mechanical Design,  Agricultural Mechanization Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design and Management, Production System, and Thermal Engineering. The faculty also gives Third Degree in Agricultural Mechanization Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering , Mechanical Design and Thermal Engineering.
