Bahir Dar Institute of Technology-Bahir Dar University, commemorating its 60th anniversary, wishes you a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!
Although we celebrated the Ethiopian New Year four months ago, we are feeling as if we are receiving one more brand new year because of you, respected expatriates, students and partners as internationalization is one of our core values.
Despite the challenges we faced over the past year as a result of several causes, the picture has not been entirely bleak. As an academic community, we have chalked notable achievements in teaching-learning, research and community service.
For BDU, 2023 is just beyond a new year since it demarks the 60th anniversary of the university.
On this historic new year, BiT-BDU would like to once again extend warm felicitations to members of our expatriate staff, international students, and partners who make up a significant part of our connected university community.
