On behalf of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering (FECE), It is my pleasure to welcome you to FECE, Bahir Dar Institute of Technology (BiT)-Bahir Dar University (BDU), and the UNESCO registered learning city - Bahir Dar, Ethiopia. FECE is one of the giant faculties in BiT and it has gone through many historical developments. The faculty is consistently working in collaboration with national and international organizations to achieve its vision. Currently, FECE is structured in six chair systems to deliver two undergraduate (BSc) and seventeen graduate (MSc and PhD) programs. It is my great pleasure to let you know that all electrical engineering undergraduate programs are accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)- World’s renowned accreditation board based in USA. And we are working hard to accredit the computer engineering undergraduate program. The following are the details of our undergraduate and graduate programs:
