BAHIR DAR INSTIUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (BiT) AND NATIONAL TAIWAN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY (NTUST) as per signed MOU has launched a Dual PhD Program in chemical engineering with various specializations since 2018. In the first batch two candidates has been enrolled and ready to go to NTUST for their research stay. of 01 September, 2019. The call for admissions for the second batch is now open for doctoral degree programs at the Faculty of Chemical and Food Engineering. The Faculty invites you to apply for this position. - Peer reviewed publication
- Concept note (maximum 3 page)
- Specific training that enhances your research skills. (Certificate is needed from authorized office)
- Recommendation from your advisor/institute head.
Required skills and expertise
The Admissions Committee will apply the criteria in evaluating the candidate stated below:
- Carry out research under supervision;
- Have the ambition to develop knowledge of research methodologies and discipline;
- Have demonstrated a good understanding of a field of study;
- Have demonstrated the ability to produce data under supervision;
- Be capable of critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of new and complex ideas;
- Be able to explain the outcome of research (and value thereof) to research colleagues
